30-DAY RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Here’s how our Return Policy works:

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive a defective or damaged product, simply send a photo of the item to our support team, and we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

INCORRECT ORDERS: If you mistakenly order the wrong product, returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order for a refund. Make sure at least 50% of the product is remaining, and it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@geneticlabsaustralia.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Unsolicited returns will not be entertained.

PRODUCT ISSUES: Should you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at support@geneticlabsaustralia.com. This allows us to address the matter promptly.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are limited to damaged products. To facilitate an exchange, contact us at support@geneticlabsaustralia.com.

REFUNDS: After inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

REFUND TIMELINE: Though we initiate refunds immediately upon receipt of returned goods, it typically takes 5-7 working days for banks to process the transaction and credit it to your account.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you’re awaiting a refund and it seems delayed, first verify with your bank. Transaction processing times can differ amongst banks. Should the refund remain elusive, contact us at support@geneticlabsaustralia.com.
