SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

Shipping Duration and Charges:

For Australian Orders:

  • Dispatched via standard shipping, typically arriving in 2-7 days.
  • Allow additional time during holidays or due to unexpected delays.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD
    • $8.95 AUD standard shipping for orders under $100 AUD
    • $14.95 AUD express shipping

For International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery between 3-8 days.
  • Extended delivery times may occur due to unforeseen global delays.
  • Cost: Free for orders over $300 AUD; $30 AUD for orders below $300 AUD.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's site. For any discrepancies, email us at support@geneticlabsaustralia.com.

Taxes: As the importer, the recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country such as VAT. These charges must be borne by the recipient, and Genetic Labs Australia has no control over them.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original shipment delivery estimates.

Genetic Labs Australia reserves the right not to deliver products to certain countries, and is not responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Before purchasing, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of Genetic Labs Australia's products.

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted carriers to ensure secure and prompt deliveries. The chosen method depends on the destination and parcel dimensions, with standard shipping being most common.

Address Instructions: For smooth delivery, provide a clear and accurate address at checkout. We're not accountable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receiving Your Order: Inspect your package upon arrival. If it's damaged or appears tampered with, notify us immediately on the day of receipt.

Non-Delivery & Lost Packages: On the rare occasion a package goes missing or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support. We'll liaise with the carrier and address the matter, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Public Holidays: No dispatches occur on public holidays. Orders resume the subsequent business day.
