SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time:

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

Shipping Duration and Charges:

For Australian Orders:

• Dispatched via express shipping, typically arriving in 3-5 days.
• Allow additional time during holidays or due to unexpected delays.
• Cost: Free for orders over $100 AUD; $10 AUD for orders below $100 AUD.

For International Orders:

• Estimated delivery between 5-12 days. Aims to be delivered within 9 days.
• Extended delivery times may occur due to unforeseen global delays.
• Cost: Free for orders over $300 AUD; $20 AUD for orders below $300 AUD.

Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's site. For any discrepancies, email us at sales@geneticlabsaustralia.com.

Taxes: As the importer, the recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country such as VAT. These charges must be borne by the recipient, and Genetic Labs Australia has no control over them.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond the original shipment delivery estimates.

Genetic Labs Australia reserves the right not to deliver products to certain countries, and is not responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Before purchasing, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of Genetic Labs Australia's products.

Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), the return shipping fee will be at the customer's expense. This amount is deducted from any potential refund.

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted carriers to ensure secure and prompt deliveries. The chosen method depends on the destination and parcel dimensions, with standard shipping being most common.

Address Instructions: For smooth delivery, provide a clear and accurate address at checkout. We're not accountable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Receiving Your Order: Inspect your package upon arrival. If it's damaged or appears tampered with, either refuse the delivery or sign as “Damaged”. Notify us immediately on the day of receipt.

Non-Delivery & Lost Packages: On the rare occasion a package goes missing or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support. We'll liaise with the carrier and address the matter, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a refund.

Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Genetic Labs Australia is no longer responsible for theft or loss at the delivery location. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the courier and contacting your local authorities. For added security, consider providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package or opting for signature-required delivery at checkout.

Public Holidays: No dispatches occur on public holidays. Orders resume the subsequent business day.
